Other noted roles include Zerlina in Mozart’s Don Giovanni and Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro, of which The Washington Post said, she “managed the trouser role as convincingly and as delightfully as any I can recall, with high energy, and exquisite comedic timing.”  Off the opera stage, Ms. Mushegain can be heard on multiple soundtracks for the massively popular video game series, Heroes of Might and Magic. This season, Ms. Mushegain makes multiple role and oratorio debuts, including Suzuki in Madame Butterfly, the mezzo soloist in Bernstein’s Jeremiah Symphony No.1, and the Mozart Requiem.  She also returns to Pensacola Opera as Aldonza in the Man of La Mancha, Opera San Jose for the US premiere of Alma Deutscher’s Cinderella, and Charlottesville Opera for her role debut as Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro.
