Andrew Walker, bass-baritone, is a Los Angeles native, where he has studied and performed extensively in both collegiate and professional establishments. He has most recently performed the roles of Bartolo and Antonio (Le nozze di Figaro) with Guild Opera while also understudying the role of Figaro. Other roles include Falke (Die Fledermaus) and the baritone lead in Hydrogen Jukebox with Cal State Los Angeles; Valton (I Puritani) with Orphée Arts; and Simone (Gianni Schicchi) with Pasadena City College. His most recent choral work as bass section leader includes Mozart’s Requiem with the Pacific American Master Chorale at the Disney Concert Hall, in honor of the refugees of North Korea. He is proud and honored to reenter The Verdi Chorus as a Walter Fox Singer.
