THE WALTER FOX MEMORIAL FUND

In memory of Dr. Walter Fox, a long time fixture in the Verdi Chorus bass section and member of the Board of Directors, his widow Barbara Miller Fox and family have generously provided for an ongoing “Section Leader Scholarship Fund.” This fund enables talented young singers to find performance opportunities with the Chorus, as well as strengthening and guiding each one of the sections that they lead. It is the hope of Ms. Fox that some of these potential rising stars will go on to become well known in the world of opera.
